By purchasing tickets or concierge services through our website, you agree to this Refund Policy.

1. Ticket Purchases

All ticket sales are final.

Due to the nature of live events, tickets are non-refundable and non-exchangeable once purchased, unless:

  • The event is officially canceled by the organizer.

  • A refund is issued by the event organizer.

  • Required by applicable law.

If an event is postponed or rescheduled, your ticket will remain valid for the new date unless otherwise stated by the organizer.

HAVEN TICKET LLC acts as an intermediary and is not responsible for event cancellations, changes, or venue policies.

2. Concierge Services

Concierge services are customized and personalized.

Once a concierge service has been initiated or confirmed, fees are non-refundable.

In certain cases, partial refunds may be considered at our sole discretion if:

  • The service has not yet been fulfilled.

  • No third-party bookings have been finalized.

Administrative or processing fees may apply.

3. Third-Party Services

Some services involve third-party vendors (event organizers, hotels, transportation providers, restaurants, etc.).

Refund eligibility depends on the policies of the respective third party.

We are not responsible for refund decisions made by third-party providers.

4. Chargebacks & Payment Disputes

Unauthorized chargebacks or disputes without prior contact may result in:

  • Immediate suspension of services

  • Cancellation of bookings

  • Legal action where applicable

5. Force Majeure

We are not responsible for delays, cancellations, or service interruptions caused by events beyond our control, including but not limited to:

  • Natural disasters

  • Government actions

6. Processing of Approved Refunds

If a refund is approved:

  • It will be processed using the original payment method.

  • Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.

  • Transaction fees may be non-refundable.
